Commercial Civil Litigation: The firm's principals both have practiced civil litigation with large, nationally recognized firms in New York City, Washington, D.C. and San Francisco. They have handled a range of commercial civil disputes arising out of allegations of fraud or other misconduct, including suits for civil fraud in connection with the sale of securities by an investment advisor and for bankruptcy fraud in connection with a large check-kiting operation. In addition, the firm's principals have handled more routine commercial disputes, such as breach of contract and franchise agreements.
