Matt Sullivan:
Mr. Sullivan began working for the firm in October of 2009. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco Law School. He represents adults and juveniles charged with felonies and misdemeanors in both state and federal courts.
At the firm, he works on state court felony matters, including life in prison cases. He also works on federal court cases where clients are facing serious federal charges, including bank robbery, drug conspiracy, weapons possession, fraud, and financial crimes.
From 2008-2009, Mr. Sullivan was a trial lawyer at the Office of the Marin County Public Defender where he handled all types of criminal matters. He has extensive experience in driving under the influence criminal trials. He has represented clients at trial in cases involving weapons offenses, gang allegations, resisting arrest, and a variety of drug and theft offenses.
During law school Mr. Sullivan worked as a law clerk at the San Francisco Public Defender's Office. He also worked as a law clerk at the law firm of Gonzalez & Leigh LLP, primarily on criminal defense and civil rights matters.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of California and in Federal Court in the Northern District of California.
