Cynthia L. Singerman
Cynthia Singerman graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2003 and then from the University of Florida Law School in 2006, where she earned highest honors in a trial practice training program. Throughout law school, Ms. Singerman worked in legal aid centers, focusing on employment law, family law, and housing issues. She has also had previous experience in international and environmental law. Ms. Singerman participated in an environmental program in Costa Rica, addressing the conflicts between developed and developing nations. She also completed a semester at the London Law Consortium, where her studies entailed the specific analyzation of the European Union, international human rights issues and global co-existence policies between nations. Before beginning her legal career in criminal defense, Ms. Singerman interned at both the Surfrider Foundation in San Francisco as an Environmental Legal Consultant and at the Ocean Conservancy as a Legal Researcher. Ms. Singerman has always dedicated her legal career to the advocacy of social justice.
During her time at Bay Area Criminal Lawyers, PC, Ms. Singerman second chaired a complex fraud case, and makes numerous regional court appearances on behalf of her clients. She is also the resident DUI defense expert of Bay Area Criminal Lawyers, PC.
